Delivery Service Option
Recently we only provide local shipping option through Singapore Post and Ninja Van . Parcel will have attached with a tracking number, which will provide to buyer upon shipment ready. Buyer can trace the status of current parcel delivery status from their tracking website (https://www.singpost.com/track-items) or (https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking)
Order Processing
We are applying Singapore business calendar. Orders will be proceed from Monday to Friday, exclude weekends and Public Holidays. Any order placed during non business day will be proceed on the next upcoming business day.
Domestic Delivery Times
Domestic delivery times will be solely depending on courier companies capacity.
Standard Delivery should be 3-6 working days for domestic delivery. Delivery time frame might be extended during major festival sessions which we will provide advanced notice on our website, and it should be considered as acceptance condition by buyer upon order confirmed.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you can’t get your parcel within 10 days after your tracking number issued, please inform us asap. This might caused by:
- wrong delivery details;
- forwarder can’t get you in contact; or
- missing parcel;
- etc.
We will take up any cost incurs to arrange new delivery to buyer asap. But if the responsibility is on the buyer wrongdoings, additional shipping charges will be charged for new delivery arrangement.

Delivery Charges
Delivery Charges vary according to shipping location and products. It will be show to buyer during check-out process.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation will only applies before the shipment in place. Whenever a tracking number had been issued, means it had been shipped and no longer able to perform Order Cancellation.
Any successful Order Cancellation will receive his/her full refund according to their payment methods in 7 working days or specific required repayment period will be informed.
Goods Return / Exchange
All goods will be tested, before it is proceed to ship out to buyer. This is our mission to ensure goods deliver in its best condition when reaching to fellow buyer. But sometimes unexpected situation might happen. Thurs, any received goods which found damaged or not functioning are acceptable for Goods Returns or Exchange request. Such request should reach to us within 7 days of goods received, and should bond with our terms and conditions.
